FAQ - Fiesta Jump Rentals

Q: What is the difference between a bounce house, inflatable, moonwalk, space walk, bouncy thing, bouncer, and a fun jump?
A: These are all terms used to describe the same thing! People call bouncers different things depending on which part of the country they come from.

Q: How far in advance should we reserve our bouncer?
A: Reserve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Our bounce houses book up very quickly and are rented on a first come first serve basis! However if you are in a bind and need a rental on short notice, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Q: What surfaces can bouncers be set up on?
A: Bounce Houses can be set up on grass, gravel, dirt, cement, or asphalt. Please indicate surface type with your reservation. Please call with any questions.

Q: What is your delivery charge?
A: Fiesta Jump provides free delivery, set-up, and take-down in most Victor Valley cities. A small delivery charge could apply in some other areas. Please see our delivery page for more information.  Your inflatable will be set up and ready prior to your scheduled time. We come back after your party and take care of all the take-down as well.

Q: How does the jumper stay inflated?
A: All of our jumpers require a standard 110 three prong outlet for our blower motor. The jumper must be placed within 100 feet of this outlet. If it is to be placed in a field or further than 100 feet of an outlet then you would need to have a generator. Fiesta Jump can furnish this, however, we would need advance notice and there is an extra $50 rental fee (gas included).

Q: What kind of deposit do you require?
A: At Fiesta Jump we try to keep it very simple. No deposit is required, we ask that you cash ready after we set up the unit.

Q: What if it rains?
A: At Fiesta Jump we have a simple policy – if we set it up we would expect payment, if we don’t set it up we don’t expect payment. Weather is very unpredictable in that it can start or stop raining at any time. If it is a downpour and forecast for heavy rain all day we would not set up. Otherwise, we really just “play it by ear” and stay in contact with you prior to your scheduled time.

Q: Is there anything I need to plan for?

A: Yes, please make sure you do these eight things…

  • Turn off all sprinklers including under ground sprinklers
  • Adult supervision of all children is required at all times
  • Bounce houses need an electrical source. Generators are available for an extra charge.
  • Plan a spot in a grassy area away from your house
  • Remove toys, twigs, rocks and any animal droppings from this area.
  • Provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink outside of jump house.
  • Plan a food, drink and snack area a safe distance away from jump houses.
  • Keep all party toys such as ‘silly string’ and other toys away from bounce houses and slides.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can call us at 760-946-2055 or email us at

Q: How can I pay?
A: At this time we are only able to accept cash.

Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: See our delivery page for pricing.

Q: How much room is needed to set up the inflatable’s?
A: In general there needs to be a 2 foot buffer around the entire unit. We refer to this as the “Safe Zone”.

Q: Can I pick up the jumper and set it up myself?
A: No. Leave it to the Pros!

Q: Can inflatable’s be set up inside?
